Cílem této bakalářské práce je poskytnout přehled dronů využívaných v oblasti integrovaného záchranného systému a popsat technologie související s těmito drony.

Author: Bc. Tomáš Veselouš Supervisor: PhDr. Tereza Nováková, Ph.D. Title: Screening of hypermobility, shortened muscle groups and trunk stability in professional soldiers Objectives: The aim of the thesis was to determine and verify the condition of the musculoskeletal system, especially hypermobility according to Beighton, shortened muscle groups according to Janda and trunk stability according to Kolář in a specific group, namely in soldiers of the 13th Artillery Regiment of the Army of the Czech Republic. Other objectives were to verify the relationship between hypermobility and trunk stability, between hamstrings and trunk stability, and finally between shortened muscle groups and stretching before and after training. Methods: The research involved 171 soldiers of the 13th Artillery Regiment of the Army of the Czech Republic. Participants were subjected to three tests: testing of hypermobility according to Beighton, examination of shortened muscle groups according to Janda and examination of trunk stability according to Kolář. The obtained data were processed using descriptive statistics and Pearson's chi-square test. Results: Out of the total number of 171 participants, 24.6% were hypermobile. When examining shortened muscles groups test, the largest proportion of shortening occurred in the...

Given that this dissertation is built up upon three sequential studies, the objectives, methods and results of the thesis are accordingly divided into three distinct subsections (a, b, and c), each corresponding to an individual study. Title: The effects of total sleep deprivation and ammonia inhalants on the cognitive and physical abilities of military personnel Objectives: a) Conducting a literature review to identify the current understanding on the topic and substantial gaps in the literature by investigating the impact of ammonia inhalations on cognitive and physical performance. b) Conducting a methodological study to examine lacking test-retest reliability of standard-issued static and dynamic military shooting protocols for comprehensive investigation of the of total sleep deprivation impact and ammonia inhalants on handgun shooting accuracy. c) Conducting a control trial study to investigate the effectiveness of ammonia inhalants in altering the impact of 36 hours of total sleep deprivation on battery of cognitive and physical performance tests relevant for military personnel. Methods: a) For the purpose of this literature review, a search of the following electronic databases by the author JM was performed: MEDLINE by PubMed, SCOPUS, Web of Science, and Google Scholar. Szewieczek, Jakub ; Maleček, Jan (advisor) ; Michalička, Vladimír (referee)
Title: Effect of lighting conditions on fine hand motor skills in sleep deprived soldiers Objectives: Determination of the effect of sleep deprivation performed during blue light exposure and during blue light blocking on fine motor skills of the hands. Methods: This theoretical-empirical work was conducted on a research cohort of 8 young men (n = 8) with an average age of 22,6 ± 1.6 years, height of 181,1 ± 3,7 cm and weight of 76,9 ± 4,9 kg. The participants were volunteers from the Military Physical Education Department at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport (FPE) of Charles University (UK). The participants were induced into total sleep deprivation for 36 hours in two interventions. During this time, they followed established rules to avoid bias in the results and the course of the intervention was conducted according to standardized conditions. The first sleep deprivation intervention was performed in light and the second in darkness with blue light blocking. Disassembly and machine gun collection took place at fixed times and conditions, always at 7:30 am and 7:30 pm. Before each measurement, probands completed the Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS) questionnaire, which monitored the subjective level of sleepiness. In total, four measurements were taken with sleep deprivation and one...

Title: Normalization study of motoric tests deadlift and medicine ball throw overhead backwards among members of the combat support battalion. Objective: The aim of this study is to establish performance standards for the three- repetition maximum deadlift and the backward medicine ball throw overhead. The resulting standards will subsequently be used to expand the test battery for the occupational assessment in the 141st Supply Battalion. Methods: Standardized testing was employed, followed by the establishment of performance standards. The research sample of 204 participants was divided into three categories based on gender and performance groups. IBM SPSS Statistics, a statistical software program, was used for data analysis. Data normality was assessed for each category using the Shapiro-Wilk test, and graphical verification was conducted using Q-Q plots. Performance standards were created using a quartile-based calculation method, employing a four- point scale with ratings of excellent, good, satisfactory, and unsatisfactory. Results: For performance group C of males, the following standards were established for the deadlift exercise: excellent = 115 kg and above; good = 103 kg and above; satisfactory = 90 kg and above; performances lower than 90 kg are considered unsatisfactory. For...
